Have a story worth telling? Let’s talk.

If you’re building your own transformation journey inside your organization, reach out. We might be sharing your story next on The 96% Perfect Podcast.

Who We’re Looking For

No theory. No talking points. Just people who’ve actually done it.

They run plants, build companies, lead teams, and fix supply chains. So do our listeners.

People

You built leaders, a culture, or a development program, and you can show the results.

Operating systems

You fixed, scaled, or stabilized an operation or a supply chain.

Technology

You brought in technology that moved real numbers, and you brought your people along.

Your story covers at least one of these, and you can say what changed and how you know.

How It Works

From first call to finished episode.

  1. Exploratory call 15 minutes

A relaxed call to meet, talk about your work, and see if the show is a good fit both ways. Nothing to prepare.

  2. Prep call 30 to 45 minutes

We align on topics and angles and set the recording date. Before we record, you get a one-page brief with the themes we’ll cover.

  3. Recording about 1 hour on Riverside

A candid conversation, recorded online. We take care of the editing from there.

What you receive

  • The full edited video and audio
  • 3 to 5 short clips to share
  • A go-live reminder a week before release, with the date and links
  • A tag for you and your company when the episode goes live on LinkedIn, Spotify, and YouTube
